1. Scope and essentials
밍고코(mingoco) manages personal data associated with the PROP BONK official website and email inquiries under this policy. It covers propbonk.com, www.propbonk.com and their Korean and English pages.
- The intended audience is age 14 and over. The current website has no account registration, sign-in, payment, newsletter subscription or public message board.
- We have not installed advertising or behavioral analytics tools. Hosting and security providers process requests needed to deliver and protect the website.
- Game accounts, text or voice chat, microphone or notification permissions and gameplay records are outside this policy. Separate notices will be provided before app services launch.
2. Information and purposes
- Email inquiries
- Reply address, sender display name if included, subject, message, submitted attachments, timestamps and our responses. Used to respond to questions, review partnership proposals, resolve errors and rights complaints, and handle privacy requests.
- Optional context
- Device/browser details and screenshots may help explain a problem. General inquiries do not require them, although missing details may make a specific error harder to investigate.
- Connection and security
- Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, requested URL and time, browser/device details, response/error information and security cookies. We do not maintain a separate visitor-analytics database.
- Information we do not request
- Government identification numbers, passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, health data, precise location and microphone recordings. Exclude unnecessary personal data and other people’s information from messages.
Contact links open your email application. Clicking alone does not send a message. A message you actually send is delivered to the designated Gmail mailbox.
3. Basis and limits of processing
We use information needed to respond to a requested inquiry or provide requested services, including necessary pre-contract steps where applicable. Legal-rights requests, legal obligations and site security are handled only within the relevant legal requirements. Where legitimate interests apply, processing is limited to necessary, proportionate purposes without improperly overriding individual rights.
Where separate consent is required, we explain the purpose, data, duration and consequences of refusal before obtaining it. This policy is a notice, not a consent form. Visiting or sending an email is not blanket consent to all processing. We do not repurpose inquiries for advertising, sale or profiling.
4. Retention
- We retain inquiries and related material until the response and necessary follow-up are complete, then delete them without undue delay. If you request earlier deletion, we explain any effect on the inquiry and comply unless a legal retention requirement applies.
- For an actual ongoing dispute, investigation or legal retention duty, only necessary information is retained with restricted use until the reason ends or the legal period expires. We do not automatically apply transaction-record periods of 3 or 5 years to all ordinary inquiries.
- Hosting and security logs not separately held by us follow the providers’ processing and deletion procedures. Section 7 explains cookie expiry; section 6 explains external retention conditions and the current limits of verified information.
6. Overseas processing
Connection information and emails may be processed outside Korea. No Korea-only data-residency setting is applied to this website.
- Website access
- OpenAI and Cloudflare process requests and security information online, potentially in the United States and other provider locations. OpenAI contact: privacy@openai.com. Cloudflare contact options are in its privacy notice linked above.
- Google LLC may process message addresses, content, attachments and transmission information on global servers, including outside Korea. This mailbox has no fixed Korea-only storage location. Google contact: googlekrsupport@google.com.
- Duration and deletion
- Mailbox contents follow section 4. Provider backups follow provider deletion procedures. The Sites DPA covers the service term and time needed for subsequent obligations and deletion. We have not verified a fixed retention period for each hosting log or every country processing an individual request.
- Objection and alternatives
- Request cessation or deletion at mcomp7062@gmail.com. If you prefer not to use email, write to our business address in section 11. Public browsing does not require sending email, but we currently offer no alternate access route that bypasses the overseas infrastructure needed to deliver this site.
This notice does not constitute any separately required transfer consent. Applicable transfer grounds and detailed conditions must be verified and managed separately. New collection features or transfer arrangements require the appropriate notices and consent procedures before introduction.
8. Deletion procedures
When the purpose ends or a valid deletion request is confirmed, we review the relevant messages, attachments and work copies we control and delete unnecessary information. Electronic files are removed to prevent reuse; any paper copies are shredded or otherwise destroyed.
Data that must legally be retained is separated from ordinary inquiry handling and access is restricted until it can be deleted. Provider backups, including Gmail backups, may complete deletion later than the mailbox deletion.
9. Your rights and representatives
You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent at mcomp7062@gmail.com. Describe the request and relevant previous correspondence, such as its email address and date. No account or mandatory form is required.
- We verify identity or authority using minimal information, such as the existing reply address. We do not request passwords, verification codes or full government identification numbers.
- We respond under applicable legal deadlines and procedures. If a request must be limited or refused, we explain the legal reason and how to challenge it.
- Public browsing is available without submitting an inquiry. Refusing or deleting information needed for a response may prevent us from resolving that inquiry.
- The website does not run consequential automated individual decisions or personalized advertising profiles.
10. Children and security
We do not intentionally collect information from children under 14. If we discover such information, we stop further collection and promptly delete it, except for the minimum information needed to verify a guardian’s rights or meet a legal obligation. A guardian may request deletion using the contact below.
The website uses HTTPS. Access to inquiries is limited in principle to those who need it for their work. We minimize unnecessary copies and handle rights requests. If a personal-data incident is confirmed, we take legally required notification, reporting and mitigation measures. This website does not request microphone, camera or location permissions.

Material effects on individual rights will be announced in advance where possible; legally required consent or individual notices will be handled separately.
This policy covers only the current public website and inquiry channel. It will be reviewed before introducing game services, new data collection, marketing or payments.
