1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the PROP BONK official website at propbonk.com and www.propbonk.com, including its Korean and English pages, operated by 밍고코(mingoco) (the “Operator”).
The current website provides information about the upcoming game, artwork, release notices and email support. These terms do not govern game accounts, online play, text or voice chat, or purchases in the game. Separate game terms and privacy information will be provided before those services launch.

3. Eligibility and access
- The website is intended for people aged 14 and over. We do not offer inquiry services to, or seek personal information from, children under 14.
- No website account or sign-in is required. We do not request birth dates or identity documents to verify age.
- You may stop using the website at any time. Merely visiting does not constitute blanket consent to optional collection, advertising use or overseas transfers of personal data.
- Applicable protections for minors aged 14 and over remain in place. This website policy does not determine the future game’s age rating or app-store eligibility.
4. Information and release status
- We describe the game concept, play rules, room designs, costumes and items, and show development images.
- Features and artwork in development may change. Confirmed release dates, supported devices, features and sale conditions will be described accurately when available.
- Download buttons marked “Coming soon” display an announcement. They do not place an order, reserve a copy, register an account or charge a payment. Actual store links will be supplied when available.
- The website currently charges no access fee, deposit or content price. No paid-item refund policy applies to a purchase on this website because no such purchase is offered. Pricing, withdrawal and refund conditions will be provided separately before any future sale.
5. Responsible use
Respect applicable law and other people’s rights. We may restrict the following conduct:
- Impersonating another person or the Operator, or using false contact details to harass someone
- Distributing malware, gaining unauthorized access, evading security controls or disrupting normal access through excessive requests
- Submitting another person’s personal or confidential information without permission, or infringing intellectual property rights
- Threats, unlawful advertising, repeated spam or other interference with the support channel
Lawful criticism, good-faith opinions, legal rights requests and uses permitted by law are not violations.
6. Content and intellectual property
The brand, artwork, text and software belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders. Personal viewing and noncommercial sharing are permitted. Except as allowed by law, do not sell or redistribute content without permission or suggest an official partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
For press, broadcasting, advertising, merchandise or other uses requiring permission, describe your intended use to mcomp7062@gmail.com. You retain rights in material you submit; sending an inquiry does not grant us an unlimited assignment of those rights.
7. Inquiries and submitted material
Send questions about the site, partnership proposals, error reports, rights complaints or privacy requests to mcomp7062@gmail.com. Include a reply address and the information needed to explain the issue. Never send passwords, verification codes, government identification numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary information about other people.
There is no public message board. Email inquiries are not public posts. We review and respond as appropriate and may ask for relevant clarification. An inquiry does not itself establish a partnership, compensation commitment or release date.
8. Changes, interruptions and restrictions
Maintenance, outages, security incidents or redesign may require changes or temporary interruptions. We will give advance notice of planned material changes where possible, and explain urgent changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
We may restrict access or abusive inquiries only to the extent justified by unlawful conduct or a real threat to the site. Where contact is possible, we explain the reason. You may request reconsideration at mcomp7062@gmail.com. Legitimate privacy-rights requests will not be improperly blocked.
9. External services and privacy
External links take you to services with their own terms. Check the destination and its notices before using them. This does not transfer away any legal responsibility that remains ours.

10. Responsibility and protected rights
The Operator and users are responsible for harm attributable to them as provided by applicable law. The website being free does not exclude all legal responsibility for the Operator’s intentional acts or negligence.
Responsibility for events beyond reasonable control, device problems or external network failures depends on the circumstances and legal fault. These terms do not waive statutory consumer, compensation or privacy rights.
11. Changes to these terms
Updates will state their reasons, changes and effective date. We generally give at least 7 days’ notice, or 30 days for materially disadvantageous changes. If legal requirements or urgent security issues require faster action, we explain why.
Where consent is legally required, we obtain it separately. Silence or a website visit is not a substitute. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or impose disadvantages.
12. Disputes and effective date
You may contact us to try to resolve a dispute, but doing so is not a prerequisite to a complaint, mediation or court proceedings. Korean law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law and is not restricted solely to the Operator’s local court.
